விளக்கம்:-
தன் நெஞ்சம் நடுவு ஒரீஇ அல்ல செயின் – ஒருவன் தன் நெஞ்சம் நடுவு நிற்றலை ஒழிந்து நடுவல்லவற்றைச் செய்ய நினைக்குமாயின், யான் கெடுவல் என்பது அறிக – அந்நினைவை ‘யான் கெடக் கடவேன்’ என்று உணரும் உற்பாதமாக அறிக.

செயல் மூன்று வகைப்படும்.
- மனத்தால் நினைப்பது.
- வாக்கால் பேசுவது.
- உடம்பால் செய்வது.
ஆகவே மனத்தால் நினைத்துவிட்டாலே அதை நிச்சயம் செய்துவிடுவோம். எனவேதான் ‘செயின்’ என்று கூறுகிறார் வள்ளுவர்.
